A. Pull-up pyramid:

Min. 1 - 2 pull-ups

Min. 2 - 4 pull-ups

Min. 3 - 6 pull-ups

Min. 4 - 8 pull-ups

Min. 5 - 10 pull-ups

Min 6. - 8 pull-ups

Min 7. - 6 pull-ups

Min 8. - 4 pull-ups

Min. 9 - 2 pull-ups

 

*** Scaling should be done so that every athlete can finish the pyramid.***

 

B. Team WOD

In teams of three, for time:

10-1 Burpees each

10-1 KB swings each 24/16 kg

55 DU's each

 

*** Burpees: Every athlete does 10, 9, 8, 7....1 burpees. When one works, others rest. KB swings: Every athlete performs 10, 9, 8, 7....1 KB swings. When one works, others rest. After swings athletes perform the DU's simultaneously. ***
