B. Perform 3 sets of following @ 75 % of your strict press

ME strict press + ME push press + ME push jerk

(Start with strict press. Once you cannot perform a clean rep anymore change to push press and finally to push jerk. Don't rack the bar between the movements. You may only rest with the bar in OH position.)
