B. In teams of two complete the following (you can start with any movement):

10 Rope climbs 

50 Push-ups

1500 m Row

*** Work load does not need to be distributed evenly between the partners. When the workout starts the pair must pick up 1 KB (16/24 kg) which cannot be put to the floor before all the work is done. So when one is working on rope climbs/burpees/row the other partner holds the KB in ANY POSITION ABOW THE WAISTLINE. If the pair fails to keep the KB above the waistline at any point the pair must complete 10 Burpees each.***
